Delivery

Kensal.net charge just £3.95 for delivery and packaging regardless of how many items you choose to order. This applies to all items except those that are exceptionally heavy or bulky. The delivery charge for these items will have to be quoted separately, in which case we will contact you to discuss the delivery options once an order is placed.

Orders are normally completed within 7 – 10 working days if all items are in stock. Kensal.net will contact you if any items are out of stock or will take longer to deliver.

Your payment will not be charged to your credit card until the day your order is despatched.

In order to care for the enviroment we will, wherever possible, recycle packaging materials.

Occasionally an item may be temporarily unavailable and cannot  automatically be purchased online. You are welcome to call the shop to find out details of ‘out of stock’ items and when they are likely to be available again.

At present we are not shipping overseas.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro, Switch and Solo.

Payments will be debited from your card on the day the goods are despatched. Please phone directly if you require to pay by cheque and allow 5 additional working days for cheque payments to clear.

Pricing

All prices quoted include VAT. We make every effort to make sure all information and prices are correct on this site. If we become aware of an error we reserve the right to alter a price without prior notice and accept no responsibility for errors or omissions. Customers whose orders might be affected will be contacted directly by Kensal.net

Kensal.net will only hold the required information to enable us to obtain payment and fulfil your order. We will not pass your information on to third parties. By supplying us with your details you are consenting to us using them to process your order, we may also like to contact you about future offers and Kensal.net promotions.
