Returns
Unfortunately items may occasionally arrive damaged. If this occurs please contact Kensal.net immediately by phone or email.
We shall be happy to exchange or refund any item which is faulty or damaged as long as we are contacted promptly, are notified of the original order and payment reference and your return is made within 28 days.
Please obtain a returns authorization code via phone or email from Kensal.net. Once this has been obtained please include it in your returns package along with your own details and order reference. Items may then be returned for a full refund (including postage) or a replacement be sent out.
Please note return postage will only be refunded on faulty goods.
We advise you to request proof of purchase from the post office when returning goods. Please wrap items securely as we cannot accept responsibility for items broken or lost during return transit.
